Office Hours

We normally use call forwarding when not in the office so in most cases you can speak to someone if you call during the following times (EST):

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday:  9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday:  9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
  NOTE:  We are frequently at Lansdale from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or later at
  least one day each week
Wednesday & Sunday:  Closed

In addition to Wednesday and Sunday, we are closed New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, August 23, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; we close at noon the day before Christmas and the day before New Year's Day.

SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENTS:  We will be out of the office much of February 6 through 9, though we still expect to be available by phone at times via call forwarding and to check voice messages and e-mails regularly.

Our office is at the mailing address (second address below).  We have playsets on display in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, at the first address listed below.  We are frequently at the Lansdale location from 10:30 a.m. till at least 1 p.m. at least one day each week and some other times as well.  Since the playsets are within a fenced enclosure, however, please call or e-mail us before driving to Lansdale if you wish to try out the swingsets.
